To investigate how spaces are created from the making of architectural elements: architectonics - solid, planes, lines and frames. Upon completion of the project students should be able to achieve a level of understanding on the works assigned and will be able to apply the idea and concept in the subsequent project.

The idea of using pure and diagrammatic models to express the architectural idea would also be in cooperated into this assignment. One must understand the concept of practical design development implemented beforehand of any architectural project. The architect belief in energy efficiency, home planning, nature resolve, spatial experience, accessibility, sunlight, etc. are determined by relentless studies upon the site context.

Throughout the progress of the study, a mutual understanding in the concepts of diagram analysis enables us novice architects to understand the:

  1. Ability to identify architects and their works

  2. Ability to ‘diagram’ and analyse architectural work of selected architect

  3. Understanding basic architectural compositions of solids, planes, lines and frames.

The annotated diagram analysis that elaborates the notion of the house. The motive was to have a slideshow and a narrative of how to house came to be and sat upon the natural surroundings in the forest areas of Thailand.
Essentially, the people i was held captive with to work alongside for the coming 5 weeks in total to produce an effective and through analysis of the project.
